Do you snap at somebody when you are hungry or lose patience before getting anything to eat, there are chances you are a hangry person. šŸ™‚

Angry person + Hungry person = Hangry person

But where does ‘hanger‘ come from? And why is it that only some people get hangry?

I don’t know the psychological or physical reasons for it or its causes. The only reason I know is that a person’s blood glucose falls and he tends to get cranky and snappy without food.

We are a family of foodies and we understand feelings of a hungry person very well. We like to try new places of food and different cuisines. For us,Ā it’s not only hunger but not getting good food is also a reason for us to become “Hangry”. šŸ˜‰

We love doing grocery shopping and there is not much budgeting involved in it. We like trying new things to tickle our taste buds as flavour is everything for us. If the outcome of our recipe is not that good, little bit ‘hangrism‘ sets in.

As much as we like to try different places and different things at some places, we are scared of ordering something new. As itā€™s a risk and why to take a risk?

It’s sometimes risky to order something new at a restaurant as a new dish which is not good can also make us ‘hangry’.

We are a foodie family as our fridge and pantry are full of different and new things. Not only eating out is fun for us but cooking is also fun especially when trying something new.

Chances are we might not show our symptoms of being hangry in front of people we are not very comfortable with. I am sure all foodies will agree with me on not getting food or not getting the good yummy food šŸ™‚

As they say, ā€œPeople who love food are always the best people”.
