When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

Being a teacher and a mom myself, I know how important it is to empower our kids with knowledge in different fields. I came to know about Bloombrite through a mom’s group and got in touch with Ananya who was looking for a blogger for her website. After talking to her I could see the passion in her for her initiative.

Bloombrite- “Helping kids flourish” is an initiative by Dr. Ananya Chakraborty who believes in equipping children through proper knowledge in different fields.

Bloombrite works for overall well-being of children with a mission of equipping children with important life skills and knowledge.

How it works?

Bloombrite has different topics covered under one umbrella and are made into fun and animated videos. Few topics which are covered are – Good touch and bad touch, Fear- how to overcome it, Bullying, Perseverance, Curiosity, Fast food and obesity, Active listening, TV and gadgets etc.

As parents, we all know, that kids listen better and learn more through their friends, siblings and surely if a cartoon character tells them anything. Using the same concept here, different animated videos are made on each topic which you can show to your kid. In one module, there is a video, and games related to the topic which your child will surely enjoy and it will help him understand the lesson more clearly.

There is a sample video which is free for you to watch and decide. To be frank, when Ananya told me about it, I was not sure if my daughter will be interested in something like this. We both sat together to watch it and I was surprised on how a simple video can make things so clear for kids.
