Are you tired of all the traffic and noise pollution in Bangalore? Are you looking for some peace and calm in your life? Do you want to stay at a place which is green and nestled in nature?

How about staying at a place which is more like staying at a farmhouse with all the greenery around?

I am sure you wouldn’t believe me if I told you that there is actually a place like this in Bangalore.

I didn’t believe it myself until I visited the place. We have been living in Bangalore for more than 5 years now, and we’ve been looking for a property with a difference. Most of the places which we saw had some or the other problem. If the location was good, the construction was not good, or if the complex was good, there were no amenities.

So, when I came to know about this project by SOBHA, I was eager to check it out. I am very impressed with its location and the amount of greenery. I am sharing all the information with you from my visit in this post.

The project –

The famous SOBHA properties recently launched a project called SOBHA HRC Pristine which can rightly be called ‘Nature at its pristine best’.

Pristine means something which is clean, fresh and spotless. An apt name for this project as the best thing about this project is its location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, but it is also well connected.

Its total area is 8.52 acres with 395 total units and 14-row houses. The plan entails a total 4 towers with 2 and 3 BHK apartments in first 2 towers. 4 BHK is in the third tower which also consists 12 penthouses.

The Location

If you’re planning to move into your own place for the first time, getting a place to stay in once kids grow up, or just making a change in your living scenario, buying a new apartment is an exciting time.

I know it’s not easy and it is little nerve-wracking as you have to look at a lot of factors before finalising a property. But this project has everything that you are looking for and more.

It is in Jakkur which is a very sought-after locality of North Bangalore. The good part is that it is very near to the Manyata tech park. There are many good schools, hospitals, banks, shopping complexes, and supermarkets etc. near it. It is also near to the airport which is also a big plus point according to me.

 Design and features –

They are planning to give a classic and contemporary look to the complex. During the site visit, I saw a lot of mango trees and there was a lot of greenery all around. The best part is that they will try to retain most of the green spaces even after the construction.

It is also going to be an eco-friendly apartment complex as they are planning to do cladding or clay tiling on the exterior. This keeps the house cooler from the inside by reducing the heat. There are well designed open spaces, landscapes, and water spaces.

There are few features which are worth a mention. It’s impressive to see the way they are planning to give it a natural look.

  • There is a well on the site which they are planning to convert into a wisdom well with fishes and natural water plants. This will also help in the rainwater harvesting system plan.

The well at the location

  • Birds nest cove is a sitting area in between the green foliage. It will be a sitting arrangement in the shape of a birds nest.
  • They are going to transplant most of the trees later to keep the actual greenery intact.

Amenities-

There is a long and admirable list of amenities and facilities. It includes swimming pool, clubhouse, children’s play areas, garden area, play areas, barbeque area, walking and jogging tracks, library, waste management system and rainwater harvesting etc.

The private parking system is very well planned. The central theme of this project is to ensure the property is vehicle free. Usually, an apartment complex allows cars to at least enter and exit from all the sides. But this plan is going to have one entry and exit point which is beneficial for the residents.

SOBHA Pristine is pollution free as the green spaces keep the noise pollution at the bay especially compared to other places in the city. It is a property which is worth an investment especially with all the pollution in Bangalore.

Why don’t you plan a visit soon to look for yourself?

**This post is in collaboration with Sobha properties but all the thoughts and views are my own after visiting the property.
