Easy Til and Jaggery ladoo –Winter special

- 1 cup Sesame seeds/til
- ½ cup Jaggery/gud (add it according to taste)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- First of all, roast sesame seeds in a pan and keep them aside to cool down.
- After it cools down, coarsely grind them.
- Now add powdered jaggery and ghee to the mixing jar.
- Mix everything together and make ladoos out of it.
- Store in a box and enjoy!
These ladoos are slightly on the sweeter side. You can reduce the quantity of jaggery if you want lower sweetness in your ladoos.
You can also add other ingredients like coconut and dry fruits to these ladoos.
It’s easier to give them the proper ladoo shape if the mixture is slightly warm.
