I am sharing the recipe for tricolour paneer tikka which you can try at home. An easy and simple recipe.
Ingredients
  • 250 Gm  paneer diced
  • Capsicum diced - 1
  • Onion diced - 1
  • Tomato diced -1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½
  • Mint or coriander chutney 2 TSP
  • Red or orange colour (optional)
  • Thick curd - ½ cup
  • Garam masala -1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
Instructions
  1. First of all, cut and dice paneer and all the vegetables.
  2. Now mix paneer, onion, capsicum, tomato, ginger garlic paste, hung curd, oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate them for 1-2 hours. Divide them into 3 proportions. Use the first part as it is for the white portion.
  4. Either add red chilly powder and turmeric or a pinch of red food colour in next part to give it the orange colour.
  5. In the next part, add mint or coriander chutney to give it a green colour.
  6. Now use skewers and add them according to colours.
  7. In a non-stick pan, heat oil and cook these skewers evenly on both sides.
  8. Once done, serve hot with chutney of your choice.
Notes
Paneer tikka can be easily made at home. In this recipe, I just used a variation by adding green and red colour to give it a tricolour look. You can use any green vegetable or food for green paneer tikka and anything natural for orange too. Just add it to the normal marinate.
