What is a parfait?
A parfait is a rich, cold, dessert made with many different ingredients. It is mostly served in a tall glass or a glass jar with different layers of fruits, cream, milk, and yogurt etc.
A parfait is the best option for a healthy breakfast. If everyday morning you break your head to find something healthy for breakfast, a parfait is an answer to all your queries. The best part is that you can make it with different ingredients every day to give it a variety.

A quick and easy recipe is always welcome on busy school mornings. You can just soak chia seeds or oats at night and next day morning you just have to assemble the fresh fruits and sprinkle some granola and serve.

I make it with different fruits but pomegranate is my favourite. As it mango season, you can add fresh mangoes to your parfaits. It tastes great and is healthy too.
