So, when I recently got a chance to attend the launch event of Vario homes at Karle Town Centre, it was a great experience. As they believe that the future of living has no barriers.
The Launch event –
At the launch, we met the team who explained various features of this new township. Mr. Senoj Alexander, VP and design head, took us through the design and infrastructure of Vario homes with the help of digital representation and the model of the layout. The visit to the model flat was a great experience when we actually saw the layout and the plan. The visit to the model flat gave us a clearer picture of what living in KTC would feel like.

As a mom, I liked the fact that it is in close proximity to many popular educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and economic hubs. I love how they have incorporated a lot of green spaces which is something missing in our city these days. My favorite feature is the sky lounge which will be on the 34th floor where you can have coffee with friends, host a workshop or just chill in the open air. Also, there will be a nature farm terrace located a flight of stairs up from the sky lounge. Families can not only enjoy green spaces but also teach kids and let them explore and grow.
The best part about Vario Homes is the incorporation of Flexi walls. The L shaped Flexi wall between the living room, guest room, and dining room can be easily opened and closed, creating a personalized space unique to your needs. This is a great concept especially when you have kids as any extra space is always welcomed.
Location and accessibility of Vario homes –
It is located in North Bangalore overlooking the 90-acre Nagavara Lake. It is 30 minutes from Bangalore city railway station, 30 minutes from MG Road, 2 km from the upcoming phase 2 metro station at Nagavara and 30 minutes from Bangalore International airport.
I loved the fact that both 2- and 3-bedroom apartments have good lighting and ventilation. These homes will be surely the first choice of millennials. Why?
