I am sure our childhood memories are our treasures which we all cherish. These are the memories that are stored in pictures and albums but the most precious ones are always stored in our hearts. Many small things remind us of these wonderful memories every day. It can be a smell of our favorite food, some old songs or even something we see our kids doing that takes us back to our own childhood.
We had a carefree childhood when we didn’t have to worry about anything. I miss those days of unlimited fun when we did everything without the fear of being judged. And when the only tension in life was school homework or fight with a best friend. I wish I were a child again!
Childhood memories I am thankful for-
I am thankful for a happy childhood with my parents. The love, care, and blessings from parents which make me happy when I look back.
I am thankful for fun times and fights with my siblings. My sister and I are just one year apart and used to fight a lot for everything. Now we have just memories of those days that make us laugh when we look back.
I am thankful for those days when we could only focus on fun and happiness and not worry about anything in the world. Today, while writing this post, it’s all flashing in front of my eyes.
Last but not least, I am thankful for my childhood as those happy childhood days made me what I am today.
Childhood has really changed from our times. It is completely different for kids today as technology has taken over everything. As a mom, I am trying to make sure that my kids stay away from gadgets as much as possible.
While I look back at my childhood memories which bring a smile to my face, it’s time to make such wonderful memories with my daughters. 🙂
What are the memories you are thankful for?
