Other than body detoxification after festivals and celebrations, we also need digital detox and a detox from all the negativity around us.
We are all glued to the gadgets all the time and most of our lives revolve around our phones and different apps. How about a break from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for a day or two?
Keep your phone on silent and read a book, spend time with your family, go out for a movie. Digital detox is good for you as it can help you to explore those things which you normally fail to even notice.
Other than this, it’s important to stay away from the negativity by spending time with positive people and avoiding those who give negative vibes. Listen to some good music, motivational speeches and read inspirational stories. Detox from negativity is important to stay happy and healthy.
A day of conscious eating and leaving all the gadgets and negativity can help you to feel happy, healthy and lighter. A detox helps you to cleanse your body as it’s all about flushing out the toxins and feeling recharged and healthy.
